### **General**

* **Name:** not indexed by search engines if the video is protected by privacy settings or SEO optimization is disabled in the "Advanced" tab.

  This tab is in the settings of the player template applied to the playlist.
  * If the "General" tab in the player template settings has the title display enabled, it will be visible in the upper-left corner of the player.
* **Description:** not indexed by search engines if the video is protected by privacy settings or SEO optimization is disabled in the "Advanced" tab of the player template settings applied to the playlist.
* **Tags:** help organize and find playlists. Multiple tags can be added to one playlist. All created tags are managed in **workspace settings** → **"Tag manager"**.

### **Privacy**

* **Who can watch:**
  * **All users;**
  * **Users with a private link;**
  * **Users with a password.**

The password or link is unique to each playlist but can be changed or disabled.

* **Where can it be shown:**
  * **Everywhere** — no restrictions on playlist embedding. It can also be played via a direct link.
  * **Nowhere** — the playlist can only be played inside the Kinescope dashboard.
  * **On specified domains** — you can create a whitelist of domains where the playlist can be embedded. Outside these domains, the playlist will not play.

### **Player**

## **Embedding a playlist**

A playlist is embedded just like a regular player. The embed code lets you place it on a website with the ability to switch between videos.

Learn more in the article [Embedding](https://docs.kinescope.com/video-player/embedding/).

If you want the playlist to start from a specific video, add the `?start_item=1` parameter to the URL.
